Naturopathic doctors are not licensed in the state of Tennessee. Therefore, Dr. Sullivan is unable able to bill insurance. We will continue to promote legislative efforts to license naturopathic doctors in the state of Tennessee.

Consultations are billed based on the amount of time spent with the doctor. Therefore, children with more complicated cases that take more time may be billed at the same rate as adults.
The above fees cover the consultation only. Any recommended labs or supplements are not included in the cost of the visit.
Payment is due in full at the time of the visit.
Because of the considerable amount of time Dr. Sullivan reserves for client visits, when clients late cancel or no-show to an appointment, it leaves a considerable gap that could have been spent caring for another person. For this reason we request 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments. If a visit is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (or if there is a no-show), $50 will be charged.
